Collaborative Robotics is hiring a full-time Robot Data Collection Operator, Shift Lead for its Santa Clara, California office. The role involves manipulating robotic arms to collect high-quality data for AI and robotics development, coordinating day-to-day work during assigned shifts, coaching teammates, troubleshooting, and exploring task variations. Candidates must be at least 18, have demonstrated robotics or engineering interest, prior shift or team leadership experience, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. The position offers day or evening shifts, onsite work, and hourly pay of $22-$23, with health benefits available after 90 days.
