Collaborative Robotics is hiring a full-time Robot Data Collection Operator, Shift Lead for its Seattle, Washington office. The role involves manipulating robotic arms to collect high-quality data for AI and robotics development, creating task variations, troubleshooting, and coordinating day-to-day work while supporting and coaching teammates. Candidates must be at least 18, have demonstrated robotics or engineering interest, prior shift or team leadership experience, reliable transportation, and U.S. work authorization. The position offers a day shift of 40 hours per week or an evening shift of 35 hours per week, pays $24-$25 per hour, and provides company-sponsored health benefits after 90 days.
