Formic is hiring a Robotics Deployment Project Manager to lead end-to-end robotics automation deployments across customer manufacturing environments. The role owns scope validation, deployment planning, execution oversight, budgets, timelines, risk mitigation, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and project closeout, while coordinating with applications and solutions engineers, third-party integrators, customers, and internal teams. Candidates need at least five years of project management experience in complex manufacturing or industrial environments and three years of robotics or automation experience, with industrial robot and integrator experience preferred. The role requires approximately 35–40% travel, a valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle access, and offers a $120,000–$160,000 USD compensation range plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
