GrayMatter Robotics is hiring a Robotics Engineer: Applications for its Activation team to support customers in Tijuana and Mexicali with robotic surface-finishing systems. The role involves on-site unboxing, setup, training, troubleshooting, maintenance, and root-cause analysis across software, hardware, sensors, and tooling; responding to customer support requests; collaborating with product and engineering teams; and using AI tools to improve troubleshooting and documentation. The position requires at least two years of industry experience, proficiency with Linux and remote-support tools, Spanish and English proficiency, and authorization to work in Mexico, with travel to customer sites up to 75% of the time.
