Description
Dexmate is hiring a Robotics Engineer to bring up, integrate, validate, and harden physical robots across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software layers. The role focuses on deploying learned policies and control algorithms, testing actuation and perception systems, debugging cross-disciplinary issues, characterizing sensors and actuators, and defining performance requirements and test plans. Candidates need at least three years of experience with complex robotic or electromechanical systems on real hardware, a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, C++ and/or Python proficiency, and hands-on experience with sensor and actuator integration and physical-robot system validation.
