Neuralink is hiring a Robotics Test and Validation Engineer to build and operate a test fleet for its next-generation surgical robot. The role involves instrumenting robots and component test rigs, diagnosing failures across mechanics, electronics, firmware, and software, automating robot verification and testing, designing fixtures and sensing systems, and developing repeatable regression tests. Candidates should have hands-on robotics experience, Python and basic Rust skills, hardware-interface experience, and strong diagnostic and repeatability skills. The position offers a base salary of $151,000–$281,000 USD, equity, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
