Description
The Robotics Engineer, Foundation Model will design, train, fine-tune, and deploy large-scale multimodal foundation models for robotic perception, reasoning, and control. The role covers data and training pipelines, teleoperation data, model evaluation, production deployment, and optimization for embedded or edge hardware. Candidates should have a background in machine learning, computer science, robotics, or a related field, professional experience in machine learning or deep learning engineering, hands-on experience with large-scale models, Python and deep-learning-framework skills, and familiarity with distributed training or MLOps. Robotics, reinforcement learning, embodied AI, VLA models, edge deployment, computer vision, NLP, generative modeling, control theory, or teleoperation experience is preferred.
