TerraFirma is hiring a Robotics Perception Engineer to design and implement perception systems for automated heavy machinery operating in complex, unstructured environments. The role combines perception-system architecture, real-time sensor integration, object-detection and data-fusion algorithms, machine-learning model training, simulation, and field testing. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least two years of robotic software and real-time perception experience, and leadership experience; the position is based in Austin, Texas, with relocation available.
