AFL is hiring a Robotics Engineering Manager – Material Handling Systems in Dallas, Texas, to lead the design, integration, deployment, commissioning, and optimization of robotic and automated material-handling solutions. The role supervises 2–3 robotics engineers, oversees PLC and motion-control programming, coordinates industrial-robot and AMR systems, and collaborates with operations, maintenance, IT, and safety teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 8 years of robotics, automation, or material-handling experience, including 5 years in a supervisory or management role. The position follows a hybrid schedule with possible travel and periodic 100% onsite work.
