The Robotics Field Application Engineer is a customer-facing, hands-on technical role responsible for deploying, commissioning, validating, troubleshooting, and supporting robotic systems in lab and customer environments. The role includes on-site and remote support, customer training, root-cause analysis, documentation, and feedback to R&D, with typical travel to customer sites of 30–50%. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least one year of hands-on robotic-systems experience, and proficiency in Python, C++, ROS/ROS2, and Linux-based development workflows.
