Bear Robotics is hiring a Robotics Field Engineer in Seoul, Korea, reporting to the Enterprise Account Manager. The role handles nationwide customer service for the 튀봇 product, analyzes customer-service content including software and proposes improvements, conducts pre-installation site inspections and final approvals, and performs demonstrations and end-user training. Candidates should have an engineering background, be available for regular regional travel, be comfortable with customer support, and have strong communication and teamwork skills; an engineering-related bachelor's degree, interest in automation, process improvement, and startup experience are preferred.
