Description
Formic is hiring a Robotics Field Service Technician to support its fleet of deployed robotic manufacturing systems. The role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoots robotic and industrial automation systems, responds to on-site service calls, supports customer operators, documents work in CMMS systems, monitors fleet performance, and coordinates logistics with customers and internal stakeholders. The position requires at least two years of hands-on field service or maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting and safety skills, and local travel of up to 80% with overnight travel of up to 50%. Compensation is $25–$32 per hour, with total annualized earnings typically ranging from $71,500 to $91,520.
