Human Computer Lab is hiring a Robotics Hardware Engineer to develop hardware that expresses robot perception, intelligence, and behavior. The role involves building systems for computer vision, audio processing, and interaction understanding; integrating machine learning with robotic hardware and embedded systems; improving robot responsiveness and expression; and collaborating with ML and software engineers to turn research and simulation into production-ready robots. Candidates should have an engineering degree, robotics hardware and electronics experience, microcontroller and embedded-systems prototyping experience, CAD and 3D-printing skills, and familiarity with human-robot interaction.
