Description
IFS is hiring a Robotics Integration Architect to define and build the agent-first architecture connecting the IFS suite to major robot OEM platforms. The role creates abstraction layers for heterogeneous robot fleets, delivers work-order dispatch, mission orchestration, telemetry, and inspection integrations, evaluates OEM platforms, represents IFS with robotics partners, and hires and leads an engineering team. Candidates need 15+ years of software engineering experience, hands-on integration with at least two robot OEM ecosystems, production experience with agentic systems and robotics middleware, and leadership experience. The position is virtual/hybrid, location-dependent, with international travel to OEM partners, customers, and flagship events.
