The role covers precision assembly, wiring harness fabrication, pre-power-on electrical verification, software installation, log analysis, acceptance testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with mechanical, electrical, controls, and software engineers. Candidates need 3–5+ years of hands-on electromechanical systems experience, proficiency with mechanical and electrical documentation, testing equipment, Linux, ESD procedures, and lab safety; an associate degree or technical certification is preferred.
