Lila Sciences is hiring a Robotics Operations Engineer to support the deployment and day-to-day operation of its production robot fleet. The role monitors live robot behavior, performs safe interventions and minor maintenance, documents incidents, coordinates with robotics software and hardware teams, and identifies recurring failure patterns. It begins on a standard 9am–5pm schedule and transitions to first-shift coverage as fleet operating hours expand. The position requires hands-on robotics experience, knowledge of ROS2 and core robotics concepts, and mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. The expected base salary is $75,600–$109,200 USD, with bonus potential and equity.
