Description
Novae is hiring a Robotics Automation Manager to lead the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of robotic and automated systems across its manufacturing operations. The role supervises Robotics Programmers and Robotic Process Technicians, leads automation strategy for weld, blast, and paint operations, oversees system integration, validation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training, and partners with engineering, operations, and continuous improvement teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience, at least five years of robotics programming and automation experience, and at least two years of supervisory or lead experience.
