Description
Dexmate is seeking a Robotics Research Scientist to develop algorithms and methods for training AI models that improve robot dexterity. The role involves research across robotics, reinforcement and imitation learning, control, perception, and other disciplines; designing learning-based manipulation, navigation, and control algorithms on real robots; and collaborating with other teams to develop robust manipulation skills such as VLA and WAM. Candidates must be enrolled in a PhD program or hold a relevant master's degree, have research experience in embodied AI or related fields, and experience with deep learning frameworks, robot simulators, and machine learning systems.
