Description
RoboForce is hiring a Robotics Software Engineer to develop, integrate, test, and improve production-grade software for physical robots operating in complex outdoor environments. The role focuses on C++ and Python robotics software, system integration across perception, planning, controls, teleoperation, and platform software, reliability and debugging, tooling, and on-robot validation. Candidates need a robotics, computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent practical education, at least two years of professional experience deploying physical hardware products, strong C++ and Python skills, Linux expertise, and a hardware-software debugging mindset. The position requires five days per week in the office and offers a base salary of $165,000–$235,000 USD plus bonus and equity, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, and visa sponsorship benefits.
