Anyware Robotics is hiring a full-time Robotics Software Engineer, Autonomy & Behavior in Fremont, California, to own the behavior layer of AnywareOS. The role designs robot task sequencing and fault recovery, improves production cycle time and success rates, builds logging, replay, and simulation tooling, investigates field failures, and integrates new planning, perception, and controls capabilities into production. Candidates need at least two years of professional robotics software experience, strong C++ and Python skills, spatial-transform and kinematics fundamentals, and experience with task sequencing or failure recovery. The expected salary is $145,000–$200,000 USD per year, with equity, health insurance, paid time off, sick leave, and 401(k) support.
