Description
Hadrian is hiring a Perception Team Lead to define the technical roadmap and architecture for its autonomous factory perception systems. The role leads perception pipelines involving object detection, tracking, segmentation, pose estimation, scene understanding, sensor fusion, and deployment; coordinates with robotics, control, simulation, hardware, and vendor teams; establishes data, training, evaluation, and validation practices; and leads technical hiring and mentorship. The position requires 10+ years of software engineering experience in computer vision, robotics perception, or autonomous systems, with expert-level 3D computer vision, machine learning, C++ and Python, and production perception-system experience. The target salary is $240,000-$299,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), equity, and other benefits.
