MP Materials is seeking a Robotics Specialist to design, construct, integrate, test, and commission robotic and automation systems for a new metal, alloy, and magnet-making facility. The role supports equipment and process design, CAD modeling, FEA and durability simulations, supplier evaluations, compliance audits, and coordination with engineering, manufacturing, EHS, and other technical teams. Candidates should have mechanical aptitude, robotics or automation experience, process-safety knowledge, strong spatial reasoning, and the ability to manage concurrent projects.
