Description
Gritt is hiring an in-person Robotics System Test Engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area to own end-to-end testing of its autonomous robots across perception, planning, manipulation, controls, software, and hardware. The role defines test strategies and acceptance criteria, builds automation and mechanical or electrical fixtures, leads full-system campaigns on heavy robots, investigates failures, develops safety procedures, and produces traceable test reports. Candidates need an engineering degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of test, QA, or validation engineering experience, Python and C++ skills, hardware testing experience, ROS2 familiarity, and strong problem-solving and safety judgment.
