Description
The role supports NOV Rig Technologies’ advanced drilling equipment through technical product analysis, reliability and performance evaluations, competitor and patent research, complex-issue escalation, training, and maintenance recommendations. It requires a technical diploma or equivalent education and experience, at least four years of relevant field-service, instrumentation and controls, technical-support, field-engineering, or asset-management experience, hands-on robotics experience with FANUC, Yaskawa, ABB, or similar systems, and expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or controls disciplines. The position also involves report writing, data management, ISO 9001 compliance, and collaboration with multinational engineering teams.
