Description
The Robotics Technical Services Field Hardware Support Engineer provides on-site support for advanced robotics systems, including new product implementations, hardware audits, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, spare parts management, performance monitoring, escalation processes, and training for site Reliability and Maintenance Engineers. The role partners with regional support managers and engineering teams, requires independent judgment in a complex, fast-paced environment, and expects up to 50% travel. It requires a bachelor's degree or above in a relevant STEM field, networking knowledge, production-environment experience, and Linux systems administration or development experience; SRE, automation, and network-troubleshooting experience are preferred. The position is available in Dallas, Pflugerville, and San Antonio, Texas, with a base salary of 82,400 to 144,100 USD annually.
