Kidde Global Solutions is looking for a Robust Design Process Engineer to drive engineering design process excellence within their commercial fire engineering organization. The role involves evaluating and improving engineering design processes, defining and deploying robust design standard work, and building organizational capability in risk management and reliability engineering. Key responsibilities include leading the design and verification of complex products, owning and improving robust design standard work, mentoring engineers, leading risk management activities, defining training needs, participating in design reviews and simulations, partnering cross-functionally with various departments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
