Voyager Technologies is hiring a Rocket Test Manager to lead engineers and technicians through the full lifecycle of rocket motor and Divert Attitude Control System test programs. The role owns test planning, procedures, execution, data review, reporting, facility design and certification, environmental testing, process safety analyses, and customer interfaces, while also supporting proposals. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, an active DoD Secret Clearance, at least 15 years of rocket propulsion integration and test engineering experience, and extensive leadership and hands-on test experience. The base salary is $186,000–$235,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and other benefits.
