Description
The Rod Pump Technician assembles, inspects, tests, and evaluates rod pump and tubing anchor components to meet quality, reliability, and performance standards. The role uses hand tools and specialized testing equipment, assesses parts for reuse or replacement, supports warehouse and inventory operations, and maintains a safe and organized workspace. It requires at least one year of hands-on experience as a TAC Technician or Rod Pump Technician, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, reliable attendance, and a valid driver’s license.
