A Motiva is hiring a Road Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and conservation of highways, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor team performance, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, analyze inspection reports, manage risks, establish conservation procedures, and evaluate equipment and material suppliers. The role requires a complete higher education degree in Engineering, Administration, Infrastructure Management, or Projects; proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and management tools; a B-class driver's license; and availability to work onsite in Santa Isabel, São Paulo.
