Waste Management is hiring a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks with front, side, or rear-end load lift attachments and transport waste or recyclable materials to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities. The role also includes residential waste collection, roll-off container loading and transport, route navigation, vehicle inspections, customer service, incident reporting, and route documentation. The position pays $22.00 to $31.00, offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, runs Monday through Friday starting at 5 a.m., and requires a CDL Class A or B with an air-brake endorsement, one year of relevant vehicle or military driving experience, and successful pre-employment screening.
