ArcelorMittal Poland is recruiting for three steelmaking roles: Roll Operator, Production Coordinator, and Rolling Mill Equipment Operator. The Roll Operator handles roll disassembly and assembly, equipment mounting and unmounting, and housekeeping. The Production Coordinator prepares shipping documentation, coordinates with departments, manages inventory, operates overhead cranes, uses SAP and Excel, issues materials, reconciles receipts and withdrawals, and controls input quantities and quality. The Rolling Mill Equipment Operator operates control consoles and systems, loads railcars and trucks, and manages finished-goods storage. The employer requires at least vocational education, motivation, readiness for a four-shift system, teamwork, accuracy, commitment, responsibility, and a proactive occupational health and safety approach; manufacturing experience is preferred, while SAP and MES knowledge is advantageous for the Production Coordinator.
