Isola is hiring a 2nd Shift Roll Puller for its Chandler, Arizona manufacturing facility. The role involves locating and staging prepreg rolls, operating a stand-up forklift, monitoring storage-room temperature and humidity, recording materials usage and product traceability, communicating with the next shift, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining work areas. The current schedule is 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime, weekend work, and potential 12-hour shifts as the schedule transitions in 2027. Compensation is $22 per hour plus a $1.25 shift differential.
