Dura Vermeer Infra Asfalt is hiring a Roller Operator to compact and finish asphalt pavements, check compaction and layer thickness, identify irregularities, maintain roller machines, and work safely with the asphalt team. The role is based in the Noord-Holland and Flevoland regions, with travel to Zuid-Holland, West-Brabant, and Zeeland, and requires night and weekend work. Applicants need screed-operator experience and MBO training for screed operators. The gross guaranteed wage is €3,628.80 per four-week period based on 40 hours, with a performance bonus and other benefits.
