Konvert Construct is hiring a roller operator to work with a crew on road construction projects. The role involves carrying out asphalt work, preparing, laying, and finishing hot asphalt, performing daily maintenance on the roller machine, and working safely with colleagues. Applicants need asphalt work experience, road-roller or steel-roller operating experience, a category B driver's license, a VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one, and knowledge of Dutch or English.
