The Roller Operator reports to the Senior Operations Manager and is responsible for pressing and inspecting components according to engineering and quality standards, supporting production targets, and maintaining a clean warehouse. The role involves operating and troubleshooting machines, using measuring tools, following safety procedures, and working with assemblers. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of machine operation experience, measurement and drawing knowledge, basic hand-tool ability, and the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
