Nidy Sports is hiring a Paver Roller for its field operations team. The role operates vibratory and static rollers and other compaction equipment to compact asphalt, aggregate, and other paving materials; monitors surface grade, smoothness, and compaction; performs equipment inspections; and supports the paving crew on active construction sites. The position requires a valid non-restrictive Florida driver's license, outdoor work in varying weather, and the ability to pass drug and alcohol screening and a background check.
