Description
The Asphalt Roller Operator operates and guides asphalt rollers to compact base and wearing courses, monitors temperature and compaction levels, coordinates with paving crew members, performs equipment checks and defect documentation, and follows occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. The role requires asphalt and road construction experience, knowledge of compaction processes, a Class B driver’s license, teamwork, physical resilience, and a reliable, quality-conscious working style.
