MPS is hiring a Rolling Equipment (Forklift) Operator - Returns for its Orange, Virginia facility. The role operates turret trucks, order pickers, Pacers, reach trucks, and walkie riders; moves, stacks, counts, and palletizes merchandise; uses WMS to record inventory movements; and supports returns processing, outbound shipments, and warehouse safety. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, six months to one year of related rolling equipment experience, basic computer and keyboarding skills, and the ability to learn WMS. It pays $17.28 to $23.84 per hour and includes a $1,000 retention bonus after one year, paid time off, holidays, and 401(k) eligibility.
