Schäffer GmbH is hiring a Roofer Master to lead and coordinate roofing projects in Leipzig and the surrounding area. The role involves managing roofers and foremen, distributing tasks, conducting roof inspections, preparing cost estimates for bids, procuring materials, and ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. Candidates must have completed master craft training in roofing, experience leading teams, knowledge of building physics, and a Class B driver’s license; crane operation is an additional possibility. The position offers permanent employment, regular Monday-to-Friday hours, no assembly or mounting work, and supplementary health insurance.
