Description
Quality Roofing Solutions is hiring a Shingle Roofing Crew Lead to supervise and coordinate residential roofing crews on steep-slope and occasional low-slope projects. The role oversees installation of asphalt shingle systems, materials, safety, quality, customer communication, documentation, and scheduling of additional trades, while mentoring apprentices and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The position requires 3–5 years of residential shingle roofing experience, roofing leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship; it pays $25–$30 per hour and generally runs Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
