Description
EXP is hiring a Roofing Inspector to join its Building Science team in the Environment, Soils, and Materials department. The role inspects roofing demolition and reconstruction, waterproofing systems, materials, and site work; conducts surveys, measurements, sampling, and daily reports; and ensures compliance with plans, specifications, and health and safety requirements. The inspector will be based at the Montreal or Laval office and work primarily at construction sites in the Greater Montreal area, occasionally elsewhere in Quebec. The position requires relevant civil engineering, architecture, or related training, construction-site experience, an ASP card, roofing and waterproofing experience, and the ability to travel and lift 30 lb occasionally.
