Description
MGC Roofing & Construction is hiring full-time Roofing Laborers for its Service Department. The role assists lead technicians with locating leaks and repairing and maintaining roof systems, including cold-applied BUR, torch-applied modified bitumen, EPDM, heat-welded TPO/PVC membranes, coatings, and tile, shingle, or metal roofs. The position requires reliable transportation, the ability to work at heights, lifting up to 50 pounds, teamwork, customer and employee professionalism, attention to detail, safety compliance, and a background check, drug test, and physical. Compensation is $19+ per hour based on experience, with health benefits, paid vacation, holidays, company stock, and bonuses.
