Description
The Roofing Master manages modernization projects from cost estimation and planning through implementation, while also working hands-on on construction sites. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, leading teams safely, installing roof windows, dormers, and photovoltaic systems, inspecting and repairing flat and pitched roofs, and preparing estimates and negotiating with customers and suppliers. The role requires vocational training in the trades, roofing or carpenter master qualification, extensive roofing experience, a class B driver’s license, strong communication and teamwork skills, and familiarity with digital tools and MS Office.
