Description
The Roofing Project Manager will oversee roofing projects from start-up through handover, coordinating on-site work, schedules, budgets, materials, teams, subcontractors, meetings, and client and stakeholder communication. The role manages several projects simultaneously, including long-term assignments up to €2 million, across Limburg, the Kempen, Brussels, and the Liège region. Candidates need approximately five years of roofing-sector project-management experience, strong initiative and communication skills, and fluent French for Liège-area projects.
