Description
The employer is seeking an experienced roofing project manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish, managing quality, safety, schedules, budgets, materials, teams, subcontractors, and site meetings. The role involves managing several long-term projects simultaneously, with project turnovers up to 2 million euros, across Limburg, the Kempen, Brussels, and the area around Liège. Candidates should have around five years of roofing project management experience, strong project-switching and solution-oriented skills, clear communication, and French language ability for Liège-area projects.
