Quick Roofing LLC is hiring a full-time Roofing Sales Manager in DFW, Texas to lead and coach a roofing sales team, drive revenue, oversee contract accuracy and project execution, manage pipelines and forecasts, support canvassing, and coordinate with production and office teams to ensure successful job completion. The role is field- and office-based with local travel, requires roofing or door-to-door sales experience plus prior leadership experience, and offers commission-based compensation with bonuses, vehicle/gas/phone allowances, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
