Apple Roofing is hiring Roofing Sales Representatives to identify and serve homeowners, conduct roof inspections, explain roofing options, prepare proposals, manage the full sales cycle, maintain CRM records, and deliver concierge-style service. The role requires strong communication, organization, resilience, outdoor and weather exposure, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to walk roofs, climb ladders or stairs, and remain on feet for extended periods. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred, while roofing or construction experience is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required. Compensation is listed as 70–80K in Year 1, 90–100K in Year 2, and 110K+ in Year 3, with uncapped commission potential, and benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, and company trips.
