Roofing sales representatives sell roof renovation solutions to detached-house customers across several Finnish regions. The role involves door-to-door and proactive consumer sales, surveying properties, preparing quotes, closing sales, and attending 2–3 pre-booked appointments daily. Direct employment is with the client, with a €2,000 guaranteed salary for the first two months and thereafter subject to producing at least 20 quotes monthly, plus commission-based earning potential. A driver’s license, willingness and ability to climb roofs, strong work ethic, and outgoing, goal-oriented customer skills are required; prior sales experience is advantageous but not required.
