Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing various roofing systems like metal, TPO, and SBS torch-applied membranes. The role involves conducting on-site troubleshooting, ensuring regulatory compliance, planning work schedules, inspecting finished work, operating and troubleshooting equipment, training team members, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining detailed records.
