3MG Solutions is hiring a Roofing Territory Manager for Dallas to build and lead a high-performing sales team while personally producing in the field. The role combines field sales, networking, referrals, retail and insurance-focused business development, team training, territory growth, and client satisfaction. Candidates need at least three years of residential roofing experience and two years of leadership experience; specialty roofing sales experience is preferred. Compensation includes base salary plus commissions, a vehicle and fuel card, health benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k).
